VITTLES
We have contracted with another company for a tent big enough, with tables and chairs, to accommodate everyone. The tent will also serve as the gathering place for activities and entertainment we have planned for nights on the trail. The tent will be moved every day to the evening's camp.
BREAKFAST BUFFET
Coffee, orange juice, white milk, chocolate milk, hot chocolate,
Scrambled eggs, grits, biscuits, sausage gravy, hash browns, bacon, sausage (patties or links).
Oatmeal, cold cereal, fruit, and jelly.
LUNCH (on the trail)
Each day we'll have a bag of chips, pudding or fruit cup, sweet roll or twinkie type treat with one of the following sandwiches :
Hamburger, Ham, Chicken Patty, Jumbo Pulled Pork, Country Fried Steak.
Lunch will be served from the chuck wagon on the trail. In case of bad weather we
will be given a lunch bag to carry with us on the saddle.
SUPPER
Sunday- Roast Beef, mashed potatoes, steamed cabbage, salad.
Monday- Fried Pork Chop, rice, gravy, corn, salad.
Tuesday- Spaghetti Night, Garlic Bread, Salad
Wednesday- 1/4 Chicken, 2 BBQ Ribs, Potato Salad, Baked Beans, Cole Slaw.
Thursday- Rib-eye Steak, Cheese Potatoes, Green Beans, Salad.
Friday- Fried fish, or Chicken Tenders, Grits, Cole Slaw, Hush Puppies,
swamp cabbage.
DESSERT
At random: Wet Coconut Cake, Peanut Butter Pie, Chocolate Cake, Brownies, Banana Pudding, Strawberry Shortcake Cake.
